Giving Back with Reinberger Nut Butter

In case you hadn't noticed, Reinberger is a company all about empowering people to achieve their best. But what if we aren't all starting from the same line?

That's the problem facing people living in food deserts, including a disproportionate number of people of color. We want to do better.

In addition to supporting groups like Philadelphia City Rowing to help provide academic services, nutrition education, and supportive mentoring within a highly structured athletic program, we also want to give directly to the community.

GOOD FOOD. HEALTHY COMMUNITIES. Bridging the gap between waste and want in the Greater Boston area since 1981.

To Drive Hunger from Our Communities Today and End Hunger For Good.

That's why we are partnering with two groups, Philabundance and Food For Free, to distribute up to 450 jars of Reinberger to families living in food deserts. Here's how you can help.

  • Purchase a jar of nut butter. You can buy it from our webstore, through one of our partner CSAs like What'sGood or FarmFresh RI, or, if you're a Loop customer, from the Loop store.
  • We'll handle the rest. For each jar purchased, we will donate one jar to Philabundance or Food For Free - up to 450 total jars.

Have questions on what else you can do? Have an idea for us? Reach out. We may not be perfect, but we're happy to talk and brainstorm.

Stay healthy and do good work,

Luke and Joseph
